This series of photographs resulted from a month-long macro-lens investigation of the startling, beautiful and bizarre tableaus that can be found hidden in the spaces inhabited in day-to-day urban life in Los Angeles: a front yard, a garage, a parking lot.

This series of photographs was taken in Natural History museums in the Netherlands and in a taxidermy rental warehouse in Burbank, California that supplies the entertainment industry.

This series of photographs depicts unique scenes of the central Los Angeles region that display the superimposed and often contradictory cultural modes of coexistence with the natural environment. Present in these schemes are the historical strata of successive colonial regimes, alternatively perpetuated or toppled by vernacular interventions.

This series of photographs was taken from an airplane window, traveling from Chicago to Los Angeles.
